i have a building consisting of a villa with 7 rooms, a kitchen, a small american-style kitchen, a large hall on the ground floor, a hall on the first floor, and 6 bathrooms (exterior finishing remaining). there are elevators that need installation. there are 3 apartments in the back - one is ready, and an apartment with ceramic tiles installed but needing final finishing including electricity, wall and ceiling painting, and final finishing. the upper floor apartments are in shell condition. all have the same design: 3 rooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a hall.
