i have an apartment with free gas and free water. it consists of three bedrooms, a large men's sitting room, and 3 bathrooms — two of which each have two sinks — as well as a large living room and a kitchen fitted with a water filter system. there is also a small laundry room, 2 air conditioners installed, and a private rooftop exclusive to the apartment. there are separate entrances for men and women. water, gas, and sewage are all free. please note that the gas is centrally connected and reaches both the apartment and the rooftop. there is also a private car shelter/parking shade.
