"durar al-layali" consists of an integrated commercial office building extending over a land area of 4,500 square meters, comprising six floors, in addition to a ground floor and three basement levels. the project includes 60 office units with varied spaces, with a total office area of approximately 10,590 square meters, designed to provide a flexible and practical work environment. the project also includes on the ground floor five commercial showroom units with a total area of 1,240 square meters, and approximately 1,036 square meters have been allocated for outdoor terraces and open seating areas, within an architectural design that integrates green spaces with modern aesthetic elements, creating an interactive environment that contributes to enhancing productivity and comfort.
