i own a plot of land with an area of 570 square meters, on which i built one floor but was unable to finish it due to my financial circumstances. the villa is in the al-ajwari district of jeddah, close to the water park and close to a mosque. the foundation is a raft foundation and is very strong, thank god, and it is designed to support three floors. i have both the old and the new building permits. please contact me via whatsapp (serious inquiries only).
