**villa for rent** assalamu alaikum i have a villa with an area of 304 (square meters) and i would like to rent it furnished or unfurnished. **ground floor:** external annex, men's sitting room (majlis), a maqalat room, women's sitting room (majlis), living room, kitchen, a service room, and a laundry room. **first floor:** two master bedrooms, a room with an adjacent bathroom, and a living room. please note that there is a fourth room that will be locked for storing our belongings and will not be used at all. the villa has installed air conditioners, except in the men's and women's sitting rooms. the furniture in the men's and women's sitting rooms and the external annex is not included (unfurnished).
