the apartment is new with a mosque next to it and a girls' school complex (elementary, middle, high school) just a one-minute walk away. there is a private parking space, and a small maid's room with a bathroom, a living room and 3 bedrooms, one of which is a master. god willing, whoever lives in it for at least 5 years and possibly the entire duration will stay in the apartment at the same rent without increase. there is a building guard whose costs are paid for the next 8 months.
