a rest house with an area of 1800 sqm, previously used as an event hall, located in a prime location near the diriyah project and the suspension bridge. it consists of two sections, each section covering 900 sqm, part of which includes a large courtyard and several annexes and large rooms. it can accommodate approximately 200 workers. it is suitable for multiple uses including worker accommodation and can serve as a dry warehouse.
