Building for Sale in Al Hofuf At Tawther

an opportunity that may not come again: a shell-and-core building in al-qara, just steps from abu dhar mosque and backing onto the main road between al-tuwaithir and al-qara. it is a chance for the people of both towns, and the lucky one is whoever seizes it. the building has three floors, each with two apartments. each apartment has three rooms (one of them a master bedroom, and two rooms with a bathroom between them), a kitchen, a living room, a majlis, a bathroom, and a space for an elevator. the roof is licensed for two large majlis rooms and a bathroom. tax is 5% and the brokerage fee is 2.5%, both payable by the buyer.
