Cancellation Policy (GUIDANCE NOTE: CHOOSE ONLY ONE OPTION) For Bookings of More Than 30 Days: If cancellation occurs 15 days or less before the check-in date: Silkhaus will retain 50% of the booking amount. The guest will receive a refund equivalent to 50% of the rental amount paid, along with a full refund of the cleaning fee and DTCM fee. If cancellation occurs more than 15 days before the check-in date: The guest will receive a full refund. For Bookings of 30 Days or Less: If cancellation occurs 5 days or less before the check-in date: Silkhaus will retain 50% of the booking amount. The guest will receive a refund equivalent to 50% of the rental amount paid, along with a full refund of the cleaning fee and DTCM fee. If cancellation occurs more than 5 days before the check-in date: The guest will receive a full refund. Cancellation During the Stay: For short-term bookings (30 days or less): If the guest cancels the agreement before the end of the booking term, Silkhaus will retain the entire booking amount, and the guest will not receive any refunds. For long-term bookings (more than 30 days): If the guest cancels the agreement before the end of the booking term, Silkhaus will retain the rent for the next 15 calendar days and refund the remaining amount. Silkhaus Cancellations: If the owner or Silkhaus requires the guest to vacate the property before the end of the agreed term, a minimum of 60-day notice period will be given by Silkhaus. The guest will receive a full refund for the period extending between the early termination date and the term end. No pets
