available now: apartment on the first floor of a villa consisting of two rooms and a kitchen with bathroom, air conditioners installed, new kitchen cabinet, water heater for the bathroom, fresh paint, and a private water pump for the apartment. i pay the water bill. the electricity bill is shared and payment is either half for two apartments on the first floor or each pays only their consumption as there is a commercial meter that calculates each apartment's consumption.
