contact via whatsapp apartment 4, building 4 i am the intermediary and legal agent, and the building is our property. the tenant must be an employee (male/female) currently working with no service suspension. annual electronic contract. furnished apartment on the first upper floor. no elevator. electricity 50% tenant's responsibility, water is landlord's responsibility. consists of: 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen in a strategic location amidst services and markets, behind al-shakirin street, al-safa district, jeddah. the electronic contract stipulates: annual 24,000 riyals paid in full or monthly payments of 2,000 riyals. there is a written acknowledgment for receiving the furniture list with a non-paid guarantee of 5,000 riyals in the contract in case of damages and tenant's refusal to repair them. daily fine of 250 riyals in case of contract expiration without renewal or refusal to hand over the apartment and delay in handover. required amount: 2,725 riyals - 2,000 first month's rent, 600 office commission based on 2.5% annually, 125 contract fees, then 2,000 riyals monthly thereafter. apartment handover before the annual contract ends by 3 days, provided the apartment is handed over 3 days before the annual contract expiration date in the same condition as received - furniture, plumbing, electricity, paint, doors, and electrical appliances.
