whatsapp contact apartment 1a building 4 i am the intermediary and legal agent and the building is our property. the tenant must be an employee (male/female) currently working with no service suspension. annual electronic contract. full year binding for both parties. furnished apartment on the ground floor. electricity included provided the monthly bill does not exceed 200 riyals - if it exceeds, the tenant pays the difference. water is covered by the owner. consists of: 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 small bathroom, 1 small kitchen in a strategic location in the center of services and markets behind al-shakirin street, al-safa neighborhood, jeddah. the electronic contract states: annual 21,600 riyals, monthly 1,800 riyals, security deposit in contract (unpaid) 5,000 riyals in case of damages and tenant refuses to repair - this will be deducted. daily fine 250 riyals in case of contract expiration without renewal or refusal to hand over the apartment and delay in delivery. required payment 2,465 riyals consisting of: first month rent 1,800 riyals + 2.5% commission on annual basis 540 riyals + electronic rental contract fees 125 riyals for first payment, then monthly rent 1,800 riyals. apartment delivery 3 days before the end of the annual contract provided the apartment is handed over 3 days before the annual contract end date in the same condition as received regarding furniture, plumbing, electricity, paint, doors, and electrical appliances.
