Steps:

• Add owner/agent information and property ownership document
• Add advertisement information
• Pay advertisement fees, noting that advertisements are exempt from any sales or rental commission
• Approval of the brokerage contract from the owner/agent on the General Authority for Real Estate platform

• Advertisement fees payment
