the project is a residential complex containing eight buildings, with each building containing approximately 12 to 14 apartments maximum. the total available units are 104. sales have now begun for the first phase covering 4 buildings, approximately 52 residential units. each building has an independent elevator serving only 12 apartments. it also contains parking spaces on both the southern and northern sides, with each residential unit allocated one to two parking spaces. each residential unit (apartment) contains a living room, storage room, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and space. the private section also includes balconies overlooking the northern and southern facades, some of which include private sections with annexes, rooftops, or courtyards that can be utilized. cameras and smart entry systems have been installed for all apartments as well as parking areas. the north apart project is considered a blend of residential complexes with a security character (compound).
