personal apartment that i want to rent to a respectable person, consisting of two bedrooms, the first has a king-size bed and the second is a children's room with two separate beds that can accommodate 4 beds if you open the drawer under the bed, living room with television, dining room with 6 chairs open to the kitchen, ikea kitchen with all electrical appliances. there are two bathrooms in the apartment and a shaded parking space on the ground floor. the entire apartment is designed and furnished by ikea and ready for immediate occupancy. note that the apartment is rear-facing and all windows overlook the back and side of the building.
